Presentation Skills for A&D
Course Description:
The most qualified A&D firm may lose a project by being outperformed when presenting their ideas. Presentation Skills teaches the art of presenting and speaking skills. This enables you to deliver, inform, and persuade your message at a higher level of effectiveness.

- Learn effective platform & speaking skills
- Overcome the fear of public speaking
- Using body language correctly
- How to connect to your audience
- Correct use of visual aids
- Do’s and Don’ts of technical presentations
- How to defuse a hostile audience
- Handling question and answer sessions
Program Length:
1 or 8 hours
- 1 hour program: Instructor lead with handouts; no limit of attendees
- 8 hour program: Instructor lead with 3 audience presentations & critiques (8 - 10 attendees maximum)

Speaker Bio:
Richard Schega, VP Sales at Frost Barber, has been involved in the contract commercial office environment for over 20 years. With his previous employer Steelcase, his responsibilities included: Sales, Systems & Utilities Specialist and Learning & Development Consultant. In 2002 he founded Schega Consulting specializing in providing adult continuing education training and held IDCEC approved CEU classes for AIA, IIDA, ASID, IFMA, and spoke to major corporations around the U.S. A graduate of the University of New Orleans, he enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion of employee improvement, especially when it comes to public speaking.
